urban planner & data storyteller

Hello! I’m Aditi Saksena

I am an Urban Planner and Architect from Mumbai, currently based in New York City.

A planner by training, a data nerd by choice, and a part-time philosopher when the coffee kicks in.

I spend my days wrangling datasets, mapping stories hidden in the built environment, and asking questions about how cities can work better for people and the planet. I've worked on land use planning, community engagement, climate adaptation strategies, nature-based solutions and transportation corridors, as well as community-led river and water management (and yes, I've created far too many GIS layers about all of it).

My work sits at the intersection of data, equity, and design. If you're working on something exciting in climate, infrastructure, WASH or social impact, I'd love to chat!

Let’s make things more livable, one well-placed buffer analysis at a time!
